'Get Up, Stand Up Now: Generations of Black Creative Pioneers' is a major new exhibition curated by Zak Ové that celebrates Black creativity from the post-war era to the present day. Bringing together major historical works alongside new commissions and personal archives, the exhibition features 100 interdisciplinary artists who are considered groundbreakers of their generation and genre. Beginning with the radical filmmaker Horace Ové and his dynamic circle of Windrush generation peers, the exhibition also champions the young Black talent of today.
