Seven hundred years of sculptural practice is examined in 'Like Life: Sculpture, Color, and the Body (1300-Now)'. This groundbreaking exhibition explores narratives of sculpture in which artists have sought to replicate the literal, living presence of the human body. 'Girl Ballerina', 2007, by Yinka Shonibare MBE is shown alongside Edgar Degas' 'The Little Fourteen-Year-Old Dancer' of c.1880.
