Hulda Guzmán features in 'Histórias da sexualidade'

'Histórias da sexualidade (Stories of sexuality)', brings together more than 300 works by 130 artists, organised into nine thematic categories: Nude Bodies, Totemism, Religion, Gender Performativity, Sex Games, Sex Markets, Languages, Voyeurisms, and Body Politics. Including paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, photocopies, videos, and publications the presentation spans a broad range of eras and genres. Starting with its title, which closely resembles the title of Michel Foucault’s 1976 work ‘The History of Sexuality’, the exhibition brings together biography, fictional narratives, and stories that explore the political, economic, and social contexts of sexuality.
