This year's Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy is co-ordinated by British painter David Remfry RA. The exhibition explores the theme 'Only Connect', taken from E.M. Forster's novel 'Howards End'.

Featured artists include Phyllida Barlow RA, Tracey Emin RA, Hew Locke RA, Yinka Shonibare CBE RA, Gavin Turk, Lindsey Mendick, Anne Rothenstein, Barbara Walker RA, Caroline Walker and Clare Woods. Woods has also contributed the exhibition's organisation, curating Room VI, 'Still Life'.
