In celebration of the summer solstice and to mark the closing of Jonathan Baldock's touring solo exhibition 'Facecrime', Camden Arts Centre presents 'The Gatekeepers'. This new performance commission has been developed with Florence Peake and Chlöe Herington. The performance is a choreographic response to Baldock's installation and builds upon themes central to the exhibition, placing an emphasis on medieval folklore and storytelling.
This performance is part of an evening of events – including a talk, performance and music – which explore folklore, myth and ritual in relation to Camden Arts Centre's current exhibitions.
