The 58th Carnegie International, titled ‘Is it morning for you yet?’ brings together historical works from the collections of international institutions, estates, and artists, alongside new commissions and recent works by contemporary artists.
The D.Daskalopoulos Collection has announced the donation of more than 350 artworks to four leading institutions in Athens, Chicago, New York and the United Kingdom. Works by Tonico Lemos Auad, Tom Friedman, Kendell Geers and Rivane Neuenschwander have permanently entered the collections of The National Museum of Contemporary Art, Athens (EMST), Guggenheim and MCA Chicago.
‘Sound as Sculpture’ brings together foundational works from the 1960s and 1970s with important recent works that examine the body’s ability to transmit, emit and absorb sound and explore the psychological and poetic effects of sound in space.
Cample Line presents a solo exhibition of new works by Brazilian artist Tonico Lemos Auad. Auad engages with the architectural features of the gallery spaces and builds on his recent use of wood reclaimed from buildings or storm-damaged forests in combination with textiles and other materials such as bronze.

'Into the Labyrinth' is an online group exhibition which brings together works on the theme of the labyrinth by contemporary artists including Alice Channer, Dorothy Cross, Tonico Lemos Auad, Helen Mirra, Alison Turnball, Mark Wallinger and Carey Young. Located in the Unesco World Heritage Centre of the Dolomites, Biennale Gherdëina is centred on a dialogue between contemporary art and the valley's cultural heritage as a centuries-old site for the creation of wooden sculpture.
